Lucy Mecklenburgh crowned best-dressed celebrity of 2013

The brunette beauty fought off tough competition from Hollywood A-lister Jennifer Lawrence and superstar Beyoncé to take the top spot in the poll of 750 British women by money saving site PromotionalCode.org.uk.

Coming in a close second was X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger, who wowed week after week with her stunning live show appearances. Singer Beyoncé, who is known for her elaborate, embellished stage outfits, came in third place.
